The wait goes on - future of RNW not yet decided

It looks as if we will have to wait until some time next week to learn what the government has decided about the future of RNW. Reports this evening from The Hague say that the Cabinet has not reached agreement about the future budget, and discussions are now likely to continue next week. On Tuesday, MPs received a brochure detailing RNW’s proposals to save 10 million euro a year. Later that evening, a report on RTL News, quoting a source close to the Cabinet, claimed that a massive cut had already been agreed. That report now appears to have been incorrect.
