Today’s quiz question was read on 19 June, and was about Libya. On that date, there were 16 countries which had announced their recognition of the rebel National Transitional Council - the NTC - as the sole legitimate representative of the Libyan people. Now there are 32 … but you were to send me the names of just two of the countries which have officially recognized the Libyan NTC.
