Radio The Voice of Vietnam (VOV)'s staff took part in an amateur art festival in Hanoi on September 5.
The festival celebrated the 66th anniversary of National Day (September 2), and the founding of VOV (September 7), as well as the reception of a third-clas Labour Order. More
