Switzerland’s public TV and radio broadcaster SRG will produce the global signal from the alpine skiing disciplines in Russian city Sochi at the Winter Olympics 2014, rapidtvnews.com reports.
Commissioned by the host broadcaster Olympic Broadcasting Services (OBS), SRG will provide the audio and video signal of all alpine ski races for TV channels around the world.
SRG, which will cover the events with its own OB trucks, cameras and more than 100 employees, already produced the world signal of the alpine disciplines at the Olympic Winter Games in Vancouver in 2010.
The Winter Olympics will take place in Sochi from 7 to 23 February 2014.
