Just to let everyone know the test transmissions from our own relay that were scheduled for August have been postponed. The problem is we are way behind schedule because of very bad weather. The construction company that is building the site as well as the Taiwan Power Company told me the deadline won't be met because of the weather.
This Tuesday the road to get to the site was blocked because of landslides from a terrible down poor we had and a small bridge that we need to cross to get to our site has been washed out. Not helping and delaying work even further is typhoon GUCHOL which is coming towards us and will be here in a few days.
On Friday I will be meeting with the engineers from the power company and the construction manager to get more details and to work on a new date for when we will begin test transmissions. I'll keep you all informed.
