Radio Australia's London 2012 Olympic coverage live on 21 FM stations around Asia and the Pacific

Commencing on Saturday 28th July, coverage of the London 2012 Olympic Games will be broadcast for more than six hours daily across Radio Australia’s network of 24-hour FM frequencies in South-East Asia and the Pacific.

The broadcasts will provide audiences with live coverage of the Games including results as they happen, breaking stories, highlights and interviews with Australian and international athletes.

Providing ABC Grandstand’s high quality and dedicated coverage of the event is an exciting prospect according to Pacific & English Editor Ryan Egan, “It’s really great to be able to bring the best London 2012 Olympic coverage from the ABC to our audiences across the region. With more than six hours of live coverage every night, audiences will be able to hear all the action as it happens and of course we’ll have stories, updates and medal counts throughout the day in regular programs and news services.”*
