I've just learned the good news that the RNW Madagascar relay will continue operating beyond the end of 2012, as the employees there have formed a private company. That means there will be no need for any of the current clients to move to other facilities. I have just received the draft documents that will be sent out to existing and prospective clients as I have been asked to check that the English is correct. I was always confident that the facility would not be closed, given the recent acquisition of transmitters formerly used at Hörby in Sweden. The only question was who would operate it.
