Having embarked upon cooperation and realized scores of co-productions with the television corporations of many countries in the past, TRT has now signed a comprehensive cooperation agreement with the state radio and television of Mauritania.
The cooperation agreement involving various sub-agreements in many fields was signed in the course of the Turkey visit of the Mauritania Communications and Parliament Minister.
Deputy Prime Minister Bülent Arınç who took part in the signing ceremony said the two countries were going to have cooperation in the fileds of TV archives, drama series, culture,art and technical matters.
The agreements were signed by TRT Director General İbrahim Şahin and his colleagues from the state run radio and Television Corporation of Mauritania.
