Although radios and cell phones are now common in even the
poorest communities, two thirds of the world's population still have no
access to either the internet or social media. But plans are afoot to
combine the two in an interactive way. The company FrontlineSMS has
created free software which could revolutionise the way community radio
operates. RFI spoke to Amy O'Donnell, the woman who is trying to make it
happen.
