out to hams and SWLs, who need to work or hear as many DXCCs
as possible in January 2013, with a minimum of 20 DXCCs.
Applications with log excerpt (PDF, DOC, XLS or JPG) can
be sent to de3ear<at>darc.de until February 28.
The award which
comes as a PDF document is free of charge.
