Ligwalagwala FM
ushers 2013 with its yearly and powerful back to school campaign, 100
disadvantaged pupils from various high schools will be beneficiaries of
this noble initiative. The uniform will include; shirts, dresses,
trousers, socks, jerseys and shoes that will be delivered to them by the
station on the week of 18 February 2013.
In December 2012 the
Breakfast Show hosted by Dumisane “Madumane” Simelane opened its
telephone lines to listeners to nominate a school that they felt had
children who were in need of school uniforms. The schools that will
benefit from this project include; Makhosana Manzini High School
Mkhuhlu, Chief Charles High School Empakeni, Thembeka High School
Kanyamazane, Zikode Secondary School Gutshwa, John Mdluli High School
Mataffin.
