Over 70 international students descended on Singapore broadcaster MediaCorp's premises today to learn show business, Channel NewsAsia reports.
It is part of the Asia-Pacific Young Leaders Summit, organised by Hwa Chong Institution, with MediaCorp supporting it for the fourth year.
For the youths, it was Project Runway as they learnt to produce a reality fashion show.
They also took a behind-the-scenes look at Channel NewsAsia's operations and even went on air as radio deejays for the day.
Ahmed Khalifa Albaloshi, student leader from Oman, said: "This is my first time to be a model, actually, and I feel like a king. I hope I get to do this again because I like it. Maybe in the future, I will be an actor and, or, I will be a model".
