Korea debuts cable channel dedicated to women

To better serve women nationwide, KBS cable channel operator KBS N rolled out a new channel on the 1st of January –  KBS W.

The channel’s collection of debut programs include the flagship W Show, which combines a talk show format with life coaching segments for audience participants. 

Dramas round out the new channel’s programing block, as KBS W aims to be inclusive of every generation of women. 

KBS N now operates six channels, including KBS Prime, KBS Joy, KBS Drama, KBS Kids and KBS N Sports.
