Celador Radio are looking for a Broadcast Systems Engineer to undertake duties for operational, maintenance and support activities on a wide range of broadcast and IT equipment.
You will have experience of supporting automated multichannel playout facilities, have a flexible attitude and be able to work under pressure.
The successful engineer will be responsible for supporting all aspects of the technology in various radio stations owned by Celador Radio.
The core duties will involve broadcast IT, office IT and engineering. As well as being part of the Celador Radio out of hours support rota providing 24hr cover for broadcast systems.
The successful candidate is required to have a thorough understanding of broadcast technology, preferably with a degree level or equivalent qualification in a relevant IT or engineering discipline.
A prior understanding of MPLS implementation, VoIP, and RCS Master Control would also be beneficial.
We have offices in London, Southampton, Bristol, Newbury and Andover. Travel will be required.
