BULGARIA Radio Shumen is on the air at 1400 UTC January 1, 2013. On 963
kHz the Horizont station is also heard behind Shumen at the same time.
According to info from Patrick Robic in Austria Radio Varna on 774 kHz
is still on the air. Strange situation in Bulgaria.
